The Art in Public Places program is presented by the Council on Culture & Arts (COCA) on behalf of the City of Tallahassee.
COCA accepts proposals each year from individual artists and small groups for exhibitions at the City Hall Art Gallery and the Artport Gallery. This application is for the 2027 calendar year of exhibitions.
