Please fill out this form to let us know you intend to submit student artwork for COCA’s Winter Festival Youth Art Exhibit. No artwork selections are needed for this first form, just intent to participate.
After this form is completed, you will receive a link to the Student Artwork Submission Form, due November 12. K-12 Art Teachers in Leon County may submit up to two pieces of art by students.
This exhibit will be presented both in-person with an opening reception at the City Hall Art Gallery, set for Friday, December 4th, 2026, and in COCA’s online, digital gallery: click here.

Completed proposals must include the following:
- Installation process and timeline
- Materials and equipment to be used
- Budget breakdown
- A mockup, to scale, of your mural design with it's surrounding setting on the wall
- A flat mockup, drawing, or digital rendering of your mural design
